Installation Fee
When I called in February to set up WiFi service for my apartment, I was told that my unit already had service. As a result, I went without WiFi for the first 12 days after moving in. Eventually, a technician came and resolved the issue quickly—within about 15 minutes.
At no point was I informed that I would be charged $100 for this service. Had I known, I would have chosen a different internet option, such as Starry, which the previous tenant used without issue.
I am requesting that this $100 charge be removed from my bill, as the service call was necessary due to information I was given incorrectly and not due to any error on my part.
