INSANE PRICES AND EVEN MORE INSANE RANDOM PRICE RAISES

I don’t understand this company what so ever to start off I was already paying $96 a month for wifi that felt very very sub par, and then 6 MONTHS LATER I get a text saying that the router I was provided doesn’t cover the wifi speeds I’m paying for and to press a link to get sent a new router…… 6 MONTHS LATER!!!! then due to the fact I was over paying for product I wasn’t even receiving for a literal 6 months you would think it makes sense to call and ask for some sort of compensation due to the fact I was paying so long and not even getting the speeds I asked for…… well I was wrong they told me that I was already getting some sort of “deal” and that there’s no way they can send me any compensation due to the fact they messed up…. Got it. Then on top of that I found out they were charging me for a home phone plan when 1 I never received a home phone and 2 I never asked for a home phone once again I called and this time they told me they’d lower the price like $10 and they never did. So now about a year ina half later I look at my next bill on the app and with 0 warning I get my monthly bill upcharged $40 randomly. No notification no warning not a thing. So now I’m paying $140 for wifi that definitely isn’t up to what I’m paying for speed wise and there’s nothing that can be done. If there was a way to take legal action I would this is absurd but I’m sure these [Edited: "Language"] have something hidden in the contract that says they can up charge you whenever they feel like it.
