Good afternoon user_tu566j. I can certainly understand the concern if your bill has increased. We do indicate on our statements, when promotional pricing will come to an end. It sounds like you may have been receiving a promotional discount, which has ended. If you have not already, you can take a look at our Plan Builder which will let you see the plans that are currently available to you. Please let me know if this helps.
