Initial installment plan payment

I would like to sign up for the installment plan. But i do not have the intial $50 payment showing i must pay today to set that up and restore my services. Is it possible to set up the installment plan and schedule the $50 payment to be made on Sept. 4th, and still have my service restored today since i am setting up that scheduled first payment and I've been a customer with you for so long :) is that possible

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
