Inflated / fraudulent carryforward bill added to my account
I moved to a new location on March 22. My monthly bill at my prior address is was $124.56.
My new monthly bill is $83.35.
I just received a bill for $377.50, which includes my monthly $83.55 charge, but also around $294 for a "transferred balance" from my old address. I didn't have a balance at my old address; and even if I did, the amount that I am now being billed makes absolutely no sense!
I have tried resolving this online but Xfinity's tools seem defective. This seems almost criminal. What is the best way to resolve this ASAP?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
