What makes you think you have been overcharged?

I am having a very difficult the information I on the Xfinity website. Almost impossible to get an answer or directions to a certain issue. The ROBOT is a waste of time. I jhave a billing issue with XFinity and I need to see past bills. Where did the link go?. I am going to have to start paper billing again.
