Infinite ai loop
It's been a problem for over a year and you [Edit: Language] for brains haven't done a single thing to improve it. We have an ai that tells you talk to an agent to pay your bill to only tell you you CAN NOT until you pay your bill then ask you pay it which you can't because your billing info gets erased the second you put it in. You can look as far back as a year and see hundreds if not thousands of people complain about the ai assistant not doing anything. It's false advertising to say you have 24/7 LIVE support when the ai literally tell you can't do anything until a agent goes to work and clocks in. That is not 24/7 service. There is no number to contact when the ai fails which it does constantly. Even when agents are at work you still have to go through 100 prompts from the ai until you say you want to cancel your services then you can have the luxury to talk to a human that will then connect you back to the ai when you say you just need to talk to a person to pay your bill and not cancel your services and even then sometimes they still get canceled due to the competence of xfinity workers
