Increased rate on same contract

I have a 2 year contract. Comparing last April's bill with this month's, internet blast increased by $3, tv box rental by $2.50, broadcast service fee by $4.50 and regional sports fee by $2. ( Never mind that I don't watch ANY sports). So what good is a contract if the rates and fees are increasing during the contract time?!
