Increased by $50 / Monthly

Speaking to someone seems to be so difficult. I have been a customer for many years and I'm set for auto pay. I am now realizing that my bill has jumped $50 per month. I have requested a call back and I'm still waiting. while I wait, I'm also looking for other options. I understand a slight increase but this is unreasonable.
