Increased billing
A few months ago I contacted Xfinity about lowering my bill. After 1/2 hour they agreed-down about $70. Odd that did not happen. I did get behind -in looking at my current bill it shows as $256-almost $100 more! I have not added new services. I don’t want a chat bot. How do I get a live person?

@user_d098sg Hey there! Thank you for reaching out about your billing concerns. When you contacted us back then did you receive an approval for you to review and approve if you accepted the offer?
This would be the indication that the plan was changed. You would also receive a confirmation through email about your new plan and would be reflected in your account by the next billing cycle.
