Increase in monthly rate?

My monthly bill went from $100.00 per month to $150.00 per month why?

Most likely your promotion expired and it is time to get into a new one. This link shows how to view your billing statements online,https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history. That will detail your cost, any promotions, and any changes to your bill amount.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
