Increase in monthly internet bill

My bill for internet services increased this month without explanation.  What is the reason for this and what other alternatives are available?

As a consumer myself, the importance of a stable internet bill does not escape me user_ince76. Are you looking at the online version of your bill in PDF form or the physical copy? Or, are you simply just looking at your account reflecting the total?

yes.  The promotional discount decreased.  Why and what alternatives are there?
