Increase in Bill

My bill increased from 55 to 84 with two new fees that were not included in my initial contract, or on my first two bills. I have not been able to contact anyone about them.

Hey there, @user_ez8d47! I can appreciate your concerns with the change to your bill, and I would love to help! One of the best and fastest ways to confirm upcoming (or past) changes to your bill is signing in online and pulling up the full virtual copies of each one. I'll provide instructions below:

 

- Visit https://login.xfinity.com/login and sign in

- Select the account icon in the top right corner

- Select "Billing"

- Select "Bill details"

- Select "Current statement" for a breakdown of your latest bill

- or - select "Statement history" to access your previous bills

 

Upcoming changes (especially increases) tend to be outlined in green, starting on page 3. You'll also see a basic breakdown of your regular monthly charges, any one-time fees if applicable, plus taxes, fees, and other charges.
