Increase in bill with no notice

My bill went up $50+ without any explanation or notice and I'm quite annoyed.

user_9da2hh first and foremost thank you for reaching out to us, so we can assist you with your billing related concerns. I know firsthand how important it is to maintain a bill that is within your budget and would be happy to check on what caused this change for you. Have you already reviewed the breakdown of your billing statement on the PDF version?

yes and I can't really find a reason why the price increased without notifying me

user_9da2hh you are right about that, it would be off if there was no notification provided. If the bill increased as a result of a previous promotional offer ending, this is something that would usually be listed on your billing statement. The best way to know for sure would be getting your account pulled up so we can review the bill together. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started on this?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

My bill has done the same. It's up $26 dollars this month, and up $50+ over 3 months ago. Absolutely no notice and no explanation, even when I've gone in person to the offices.  Its ridiculous. I'm shopping other providers as this is an insane unannounced change...

This can happen when there is an expiring promotion which will usually be listed on the statement the month before this takes place to give you time to make any changes if necessary. Another reason may be data usage. To be sure, and help with your billing concerns, please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
