If the bill increased as a result of a previous promotional offer ending, this is something that would usually be listed on your billing statement. My bill has done the same. It's up $26 dollars this month, and up $50+ over 3 months ago. Absolutely no notice and no explanation, even when I've gone in person to the offices. Its ridiculous. I'm shopping other providers as this is an insane unannounced change...
This can happen when there is an expiring promotion which will usually be listed on the statement the month before this takes place to give you time to make any changes if necessary.
