Incorrectly sent to collections

I was told a month ago that I was not going to have to pay the 186 dollars that Xfinity claimed I owed. I signed up for internet in Feb this year and 4 months later I still did not have acess to the internet, and was told that if I wanted Xfinity I was going to have to pay $4723.00 dollars for installation of lines. I was told to just return my  equipment by the tech that came out to do my installation the end and again by another tech the third time. a month later I received a email from the comcast construction crew with a cost of $9000.00 and my part would be $4723.00. They said I had contract canalation fee, but I never received internet. All I had was a device and they were charging me for internet that I never received.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
