Incorrectly Billed on an unknown Account but Bill is sent to me
I never opened this account ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Got to know about this account when i received a message saying there was some amount pending sometime in Dec. I contacted Xfinity customer service and they mentioned that there are 2 accounts on the same address [Edited: "Personal Information"] and there is some mistake from Xfinity and that they will rectify it. But they never rectified the account/s.
Note that From July onwards we are using [Edited: "Personal Information"] account in the name of my wife ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) and we continue to pay till date and is the only account which is in Active state.
I was not aware on why [Edited: "Personal Information"] account was additionally opened sometime in September in addition to existing Active accounton the same address. I never requested this additional account. So why would I be paying duplicate amounts is out of my thoughts. Amount is $179 and Xfinity has sent it for collection agency of no mistake of mine. Its like recovering money from me without even using any of the services nor requesting it. Please rectify this asap.
I have been contacting Xfinity multiple times and have also visited Xfinity store. Everyone has been saying that there is this mistake and no one helps me to resolve it. They asked me to file a complain and that it will get rectified , but so far nothing. Next i will reach out towards Socially posting it.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
