Incorrectly Billed Charges Not Removed As Told

The very short version is there has been an unreturned equipment charge added to my account for months now that I have had multiple agents tell me they removed and credited and fixed the bill and yet it keeps showing up and now they are refusing to do anything about it. I'm sick of this [Edited: "Language"] every single month and am at the point that I am just going to cancel my service and go with someone else like AT&T. I've been with Comcast for over a decade now and this is how they treat you. It's no wonder you are bleeding customers with "service" like this.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
