Incorrectly billed $150 on account
My account was shut down due to Xfinity error 1-2 months ago. No notice or conversations. On inquiry, the customer service representative said it was due to my tenant opening an internet account for her business at the same address. She was told she good and it was active for about 30 days. Then out of the blue our main account was deleted. My service representative reactivated from scratch, and sent a tech to make sure my services (security, internet and TV) were working properly. We were told there would be No Charge. When I got the first bill (current) there was an$150 charge for pro installation. I requested a credit using the Assistant and live agent chat 3 X’s and rejected. My account was closed by Xfinity error. Restoration should be paid for by Xfinity. I would appreciate having my bill credited the $150. I’ve been a great customer for years. I pay my bill on time every month. Please fix this.
