Incorrect Prorated Refund for Cancelled Service

My monthly billing cycle ends on the 19th of each month.

I paid my full monthly bill of $65.99 on April 20th for the service period of April 20th through May 19th.

I cancelled my service on April 21st, but the current refund calculation of $22 only covers the period from April 21st to April 30th.

Since the service was only active for two days of the current billing cycle, I should receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused days through May 19th.

Please adjust the final statement to reflect the full credit owed for the service period I pre-paid but did not use.

I completely understand wanting to have the prorated charges looked into further if the final billing date was supposed to be 4/21, and based on the information you provided sounds like 4/30 was the end billing date used.
