Incorrect billing

I moved 4/28 and cancelled my service. Since then, xfinity has been continuing to bill me, and also bill the new resident under their separate account. Xfinity is double billing for services, and I would like a refund for my portion. I called again 2 weeks ago to stop the billing on my account, and despite confirmatory emails I continue to be billed. The xfinity webpage will not allow me to remove my payment method. This is criminal. I have spent in excess of 90 minutes on calls, with disconnect and account cancellation promised, yet I am still be billed. How do I receive a refund for all charges post April 28, 2026.
