Incorrect billing

For months now I've been incorrectly billed for equipment I do not, and have never had. I haven't had the time to see how long this has been going on but far too long is most likely. It seems like this is a common thing that many people are getting hit with.

Below is the charge ive been receiving that i want a full refund for for all previous charges.
