Incorrect Billing
I set up a new plan in-store with Xfinity who told me there was a 10$ eco bill discount if I set it up through the routing number instead of credit/debit. I set up the routing number in-store but both email confirmation and online still reflect a 5$ discount.

Hello, @YSFang, did you set up Eco Bill/Auto Pay with a credit card and switch to a checking account? It can take up to 45 days for Eco Bill/Auto Pay changes to finalize. It usually doesn't take that long, but it can take that amount of time depending on your billing cycle and when the change is made.
