Incorrect billing for vacation hold

I’ve made several phone calls to confirm my vacation hold price is $8 monthly for internet.  I’m being charged $20 monthly. I have copies of all correspondence confirming I will be charged $8 a month. How do I get this billing error corrected? I do not want to have to sit on hold for hours only to be assured the pricing will be corrected but it never is. Extremely frustrating.
