Incorrect billing amount and incorrect billing cycle start date
On Dec 2, 2020, I ordered the internet package which the monthly payment should be $39.99 with enrolling auto pay and paperless. I confirmed with the billing start date will be the date when the internet gets activated, and I paid $25 as deposit. On Jan 3, 2021, I found I was charged $24.99, and my billing start date is Jan 2, not 12/16 when the the techinan come activated the internet. Please make sure that my payment every month with the package to be $39.99 and correct the billing start date.
