Incorrect Bill

I am trying to pay my bill that was due on 10/10 but it's still hasn't been corrected. I spoke to someone two weeks ago about being overcharged because I returned all my equipment and just have WiFi now with my own router. I'm still being charged for all the equipment and TV cable. VERY FRUSTRATING!

You're now late on your bill and will have late fees added to your next bill.  Depending on when you returned your equipment, your bill was probably generated before the equipment was received and processed.  You should always pay your bill as you see it; any adjustments will appear on the following bill.

Thanks for that breakdown @Again

Hi Jaruizcha. It's true that changes made to your account will not be reflected until your next month's billing statement, as we do not reprint or reissue billing statements once they are printed. We ask that you pay the bill as printed, and if your account was corrected, you will see and receive the prorated credit adjustments printed on your next month's billing statement.

If you would like assistance reviewing your account to validate your account was changed to the new package, I can help.  If you would like assistance, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can access your account.
