Incorrect Autopsy Balance after phone payoff / Employee misconduct suspension

Hello , My phone fanancing contract ended on August 13th, and my monthly service fee should have dropped $90.00 . However , my upcoming balance for September 13th is incorrectly showing $ 156.88 because the system is duplicating a past due balance of $66.65 that I alt paid today confirmation # [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Additionally , yesterday ( Thursday 27th at 2pm ) I called customer service to dispute this , and the agent abruptly hung on me and suspended my mobile 3 lines , I demand a supervisor reviews that call, waives the $20 per line deactivation fee threatening my account and corrects my September 13th Auto pay balance to the proper $ 90.00 charge . I have screenshots of the system errors as proof.
