Incorrect account/billing

Hello, I am not sure what is going on. Perhaps my account was hacked. I have had a plan with Comcast for 3 years now. [Edited: "Personal Information"] since may 2023. The plan was for $50 mo th and went down to $49.50. I am not getting statements and bills for $200+
