Incorrect $14 charge for TV Service that is for an additional TV box.

Problem: Incorrect extra $14 charge for TV Service that is for an additional TV box, but I only have one box. The bill also has the original $14 charge for the only TV Box & Remote that I have had for years, this is correct. How to get this erroneous charge removed? This appeared on our new bill after activating our "free" Peacock streaming service that is included in our account. Customer Service, please remove this overcharge.

Hi there @user_anusqw Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about an incorrect billing charge.  I'll be happy to assist. Can you confirm if you've recently swapped out your cable box?

Have not swapped out the box recently. Only change as I mentioned in my original message was activating the Peacock streaming which is free with my account.
