Inconsistent quotes on my account

Hi,

I logged in to Xfinity to switch speeds. Currently have the 300mbps and I'm being charged $80/month, but when I try to change my plan it says that I am currently enrolled in a plan charging $45/month, but because it says I'm already enrolled in this plan, it won't let me proceed with the selected $45 plan. How do I update my account to be enrolled in the $45/month plan? I've had no issues with Xfinity so far and would love to continue using it, but this issue is very frustrating and feels intentionally misleading.
