Inappropriate Bill on Plan Upgrade

I had the 300 Mbps plan, for which I was paying $40 per month, and I just upgraded to the 1 Gig plan for $70 per month. The contract said that I would be paying a little bit over $70 per month (because of tax). This was a few minutes ago. Now, I got an email that says that my estimated monthly bill is a little bit over $200. How is this possible? Please help me correct this bill.

To clarify, the parts of the new bill's breakdown that are inappropriate are the $100 "Deposit" and the $15 "Shipping And Handling", none of which were disclosed to me when I upgraded my plan. I would like these dropped from my bill entirely.

Sometimes estimate emails can include one-time charges, prorated adjustments, or other items that make the amount appear much higher than the expected monthly rate.
