user_hb2msq did you already attempt to get the credit for 3 days using this link? If you ever experience a service interruption you can get a credit here. (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status) Sign in and scroll down until you see "You may be eligible for a credit. Check eligibility" When you select check eligibility you can enter the day the issue started and the day the issue ended to get the appropriate credit.

 

You can now also use the Xfinity Assistant to get a credit. https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant

Yes, that’s how I know it only offered $5 for one day. I would select April 2nd for the outage start to April 5th for the outage resolution, but on the next screen it would say April 5th to April 5th and only offer $5.
