Inactive internet but just made payment

Moved my internet to my new place and when it asked what date i wanted the new internet at the new place i put down 11/28/2024 (today) and my internet says inactive and my account shows my previous address even though my new address is the default. Also whenever i make a payment it makes it towards my old address??

Papilingo Thanks for reaching out about your transfer request being completed, and service at the new place being the active service. I would be happy to look into why it's not currently on for you now, and get it going for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
