Inactive equipment charges going back 6 years!

It would seem to me that there is a fair market replacement cost limit on any equipment that you claim was not returned.  I just discovered that I have been charged for inactive equipment goin all the way back to 2018.  The charges started out little, like $2.50 per.  Those same charges increased to over $50.00 per month for the same equipment.  Attrition does not increase the value.  I am writing to the attorney general to have them look into this.

I think I need to write to the attorney general as well. Comcast reduced my upload and download internet speeds, but I pay a higher price and I can't get a response from anyone in bot-land.

I should also write a complaint to the BBB, but that probably will be a useless endeavor like trying to speak to customer service.
