Inaccurate Data

An error was reported on behalf Comcast and was told several times it would be fix and hasn’t. Being a loyal customer over 10 years I don’t Appreciate this service especially when several investigations have proven Comcast to be the fault of the issue. 5 plus tickets has been made saying that a manager will get in contact with me and no one has called. It’s going on a year and I have been very patient about the situation and didn’t want to make it a big thing because I loved Xfinity as being a loyal consumer 10 plus years shows just that up until now but this leaves me with no other options. Would like to hear from someone ASAP and not a customer service rep
