In the 3rd month of a two year agreement my bill goes up $20 a month.
Boxes went up from $5 each to $7.50 each. I have 5 boxes. Some other fees go up. Why sign a 24 month agreement when Comcast can increase your bill anythime they want. Only been with then 33 years and also have 3 phones with Xfinity Mobile. I'm sorry but I don't understand what an agreement is with Comcast.

Unless it's specifically stated in your contract that equipment fees are included in your plan, they are billed separately, along with surcharges and taxes. Hence, those fees can increase at any time while your plan will stay the same during the contract period.

If that is the case then no one has an agreement, Did everyone's boxes go up to $7.50 each or just some of us. So let me understand the thinking here. Comcast can increase the equipment to any price they want to even $25 a box and if I leave I pay a early termination fee.
I just looked at my email agreement and It says my on going charges for my 5 boxes is $5.00 each per month for the next 24 months. This is not acceptable for any business.
