In Demand Charges

Hello, I have been charged now for two episodes of Rupaul Drag Race for $2.99.  When i got the first alert of my on demand charge I reached iut to customer service because I no longer have cable service through y’all. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged and it was resolved, then last week again I get an alert for a $2.99 charge for another episode.  Then today I get my statement and it shows both charges.  Why was I told this issue is resolved and I wouldn’t be charged to it is still happening and I am being charged.  Also can you please block any further charges from on demand since again I don’t have cable from y’all.
