Impossible to Disconnect Service

I am incredibly frustrated and would not recommend Xfinity to potential customers. I was a loyal customer for five years, consistently paying on time. I disconnected my service in and paid up through December 2025. Despite returning equipment and not using internet since December 18, Xfinity continues to bill me each month and call me multiple times a day. They charged me $182 in February 2026 for two months of services I did not use. I have talked to representatives over and over through the course of the last four months. They would tell me that my account has been cancelled and I should get a credit for my overpayment. Despite this, day after day, they are calling me, and they continue to bill me each month. Most recently, they are threatening to send me to collections which will, in their words, "destroy your credit score."

I am beyond frustrated at taking all of the right steps but continuing to be met with terrible customer service.
