Impossible to Cancel
I cancelled and returned my equipment in the store, obtained a receipt that I have in hand, and my account online shows that I am no longer a customer.
The experience in store was frustrating as the virtual chat dropped midway through the call and an associate had to eventually complete the cancellation. When I have tried to contact Xfinity support, the chat has hundreds of people in line and automated phone services do not work.
I am still being charged fees and issued a stop payment through my bank for unauthorized transactions that I cannot stop. I am now being notified of additional fees by Xfinity.
PLEASE HELP ME ACTUALLY CANCEL!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
