Impossible customer service [Edited]

I've wasted HOURS of my time on the chats and phone calls. Had to go in person to pick up a new modem since the one they sent me didn't work.. Drive an hour away and get back and now my month bill changed from the student rate of $25 to $75? Chat again to and get no where. The customer service stops replying after a while and I swear xfinity is taking years off my life.. Sending hate from WA, oh yeah still haven't had my issue resolved.

Hello Ksdazey, I can only imagine what you've gone been through, and must be feeling, but I'd love a chance to help turn things around. We typically don't have a way to add student offers, as that is a self-service only process. Did you create your account using this Hyperlink

I just got off the phone with a agent seconds ago.. They won't give me back my 25$ rate because "It is unavailable as of today" even though it was their mistake.. Chat agents never got back to me. TBH I would be embarrassed to work for this company

Ksdazey, I don't have a way to add a student offer to your account, those can only be added through the self-service link I provided above. Are you able to confirm if you received a confirmation email for the $25 Student offer through that link?
