Immediate Service Cancellation & Full Refund Required - Account [Edited]

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity service at the address: [I provided it on DM].

I moved out on [9/21/2025] and had previously a call with someone from Xfinity after initiating the move and scheduling it on the Xfinity website  to arrange for the service to be disconnected. Despite these calls, my account has remained active, and I was recently charged via autopayment for the current billing cycle.

I understand a new tenant has been utilizing Xfinity services at the previous address since my move-out date.

Please cancel the service effective [9/21/2025] and process a full refund for all charges incurred after that date, including the recent autopayment.

Please confirm the cancellation and the refund timeline.

You've contacted the right place for support, and I can help get the previous account disconnected and ensure the billing is corrected back to 9/21 when service was supposed to stop. We value your account security and edited out the account number from the public post as we don't want sensitive information in public.
