I'm still getting bills.
I cancelled my Xfinity services in March and they are still trying to bill me.
I no longer use their services, and I turned the router in in March because I was moving. So why are they still trying to charge me when I have no services active?

Hello, user_ui09pv! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are still being billed for services even after you canceled. Most likely what is happening is the cancellation has not been finalized on the account. This is usually set for 2 weeks out and when it does close out its backdated to the date you cancel. This is done in case there is a change of mind on canceling the services. We can certainly have a look into this to see if this is the case! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
