I'm so CONFUSED PER USUAL WITH COMCAST

I had $144 due today . It comes out of my account at 2:18 am !!!! All of a sudden in the morning my bill I owe $116 and now my account is suspended ! Mind you every month is paid and my bill is only like $90 . This is $266 ya want for 1 month ! I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN JUST TO GET MY SERVICES ON AND THEY ARE STILL BOT ON . I'm so sick of XFINITY !

You need to read your billing statement every month even though you have auto pay.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
