i'm not able to view my billing history

When logged into my account, when I try to view my billing history, nothing comes up. When I go to the customer service chat it says 'Unable to find billing information', go to My Account. When I call customer support, I can't get out of the automated system...I can't believe how difficult it is to get help. I need to see my bills from early 2020, please help!

Hello @user_d10c43. Thank you for reaching out regarding your billing concern. Make sure the username you are logging in as has the access to view the billing. You will need to be either the primary user or manager to be able to access the bill. If you are still experiencing issues after confirming the user rule. We can certainly take a closer look and see what might be causing the issue of logging in. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address. 

 

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
