I’m looking for assistance with a billing issue that needs to be reviewed by Xfinity Support.

I’m looking for assistance with a billing issue that needs to be reviewed by Xfinity Support.

During a recent customer-service call, I was promised a rate of $80/month for five years, but my current bill is still showing $105. I’d also like the $25 difference credited to my account.

Could an Xfinity Support representative please assist me via DM so I can provide my account details privately?

Thank you.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@Dead23Phish Our team can dive into the recent changes made to your account and provide some insight and offer solutions if there is an issue. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I have a free line for a year, [Edited: "Personal Information"], but I have a charge of $61.96 on my bank account. What is that for?

Hello @user_a95e1g, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a comment on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
