I'm looking for a refund that should have been put back into my account 3 weeks ago.

I was trying to get internet service with you and the agent was unable to get me connected. This was on the 7th of May. On the 8th of May I spoke to someone else who tried to get me connected and it still didn't happen. On that day I canceled my service and asked for a refund. Instead of giving me my refund because they put a credit on that account which I no longer have. Since then I've spoken to people about that and they promised to give me my money back, and I haven't gotten it yet. I've been lied to, hung up on and promised callbacks that never happened. I want my $25 refund so what am I to do now.
