I’m leaving unless
You have no right to charge $40 more a month for the same awful service. My internet was$65 a month for the last 2 years. I want that back including this month or I’m going to Verizon. Don’t tell me to call either, 1800 xfinity just goes around in circles and when I finally reached a person they only offered me $10 off per month. I am not tolerating this bait and switch. If you want to keep customers, offer an affordable price for internet that doesn’t suddenly double.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I completely understand your frustration @user_4wezg8 , and I’m very sorry to hear about the unexpected increase in your bill. After paying the same rate for two years, seeing your monthly cost jump by $40 would be upsetting, especially if you feel the service hasn't changed and you've already spent time trying to find a resolution. While I can't guarantee a specific rate or credit, I'd be happy to review your account to see if there are any promotional offers, package options, or billing adjustments available. We certainly don't want to lose you as a customer, and I understand why you're considering other providers given your experience. Please send us a DM with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look at your account. We'll review the details of the price increase, discuss any available options, and do our best to help find a solution that works for you. 💙 Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize again for the frustration this has caused.
