I'm having a technical issue adding a bank account for autopay and need help from the Digital Care team."

."I am trying to add my bank account for the autopay discount but keep getting an 'unauthorized person' error. I need help from the Digital Care team to manually reset my permissions." Have been trying for a while. Please fix this.

When encountering an "unauthorized person" error while trying to add your bank account for autopay, it may be due to an identity verification issue. Please ensure you are signing in to your Xfinity account with the Primary Xfinity User ID, and using the trusted contact method to receive the verification code. You may also want to try accessing your account using private browsing or incognito mode.

We're happy to help troubleshoot your online account issues @user_v06uh1 and understand your frustrations. Can you confirm that you are logged in as the Primary User on the account? May I also confirm if you are using the XFINITY app or our online web portal xfinity.com/myaccount? If you are using the app, have you tried the online portal instead?
