Im being charged for promo offer i was Promised

When i first got xfinity i was told i can get xfinity mobile for a year with the Olympic special promo, i switched plans from tmobile to xfinity and its showing up im 2 momths late on bill and that phone service is suspended mind you i literally just activated my phone to xfinity i had the sim card for 2 months and i havent used it until now, but no one in cuustomer service seems to know what im talking about, i had one specialist say he would raise a ticket and my phone shoukd ve active within and hour but it never got reactivated, ive been trying to contact someone for 4 hours and customer service are being unprofessional leaving me on hold for long periods of time, i even asked to talk to supervisor but i was left on hold
