I’m being charged for cable on a closed account

I cancelled cable and internet and I’m still being charged. Why?

We'll have to take a deeper look at the account to make sure it's closed and to set the proper expectations on our billing system since we bill a month in advance.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
