I'm being charged for cable even though I don't have a cable box

I have been getting charged for cable even though I never received my cable box. Repeatedly tried to get it shipped to me, but still have nothing. At this point I feel like I would rather go back to just using your WiFi service. Being continually charged for it has put a burden on my finances. What can be done about it?

Thank you for contacting the Digital Care team on the forums, @Jml1369! I'm sorry that you've had such a hard time getting a cable box, but I can take a look into this and also check on the billing situation. 

Could you please send me a direct message with your full name and full address? 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
